I was thinking about my relationship between graphic design and social media.I've always been afraid to show my work, people might judge me and I would feel not good enough as a graphic designer.

For this project I have chosen to repair my relationship in exposing my work. During this quarantine, I had a lot of time to do things for me. I retrieved a sewing machine from my grandmother and started to create things with my own hands. Cutting the fabric, understanding how to sew, learning how to use the machine, being able to do something useful. I felt a sense of joy playing in such a natural way. So I thought I would bring this fun aspect to the graphics as well.
Since I started my graphic design studies in Switzerland, I've been taught a very rigorous and orderly approach. I'm very grateful for my studies and I like them a lot, but at the same time I would like to add a touch of childishness, freedom and playfulness sometimes.
After discovering hotglue I spent a few hours playing on this platform and found it incredibly fun. So I decided to overcome my fear of exposure and create an online portfolio.
